Life presents many challenges and embracing the unknown can be difficult. But we often carry a sense of shame when we experience these shifts - particularly when one believes life SHOULD be a certain way but it's not.
I want to help shift individuals perspectives to see change as a sign of growth, and begin the healing journey to live a balanced life.
